HOW TO ORDER
   If you wish to place an order, please fill in the order form - this can be e-mailed to me and I will reply to confirm that I have received it, or to answer any questions you have.
The form can also be printed out and posted with your photos and deposit, which will confirm your order.

YOUR PHOTOS
   All work is done from photographs... Please send carefully selected, clear photographs of your pet(s). Because eyes and fur colour are an important part of your dogs character, it’s a good idea to send a few extra photos, along with the one you’ve chosen for the painting. The larger your animal is in the photo and the sharper the focus, the better the painting!
   If your planning on taking photos of your pet to send to me... a good tip is to take them outside in bright overcast conditions, as harsh sunlight can often cast awkward shadows that disguise details. Using a flash can also cast unnatural shadows, and indoor shots are best taken with a high speed film in good natural light. Try taking a few shots from ground level, and fill the frame with your pets image.

   ALL PHOTOS WILL BE RETURNED WITH YOUR COMPLETED ARTWORK

HUMANS TOO
   I also do people portraits! So if you would like a painting of someone with their pet, or just a special someone, remember... nice clear photos.

COMPLETION TIME
   Completion times vary. Allow at least 4-8 weeks, with a bit more time being needed towards Xmas. Please ask if you require artwork in less time. More accurate completion times can be given at time of ordering.
All art work is on heavy weight, non yellowing acid free paper.

PAYMENT
   After placing your order, please include a 50% deposit when posting your photos. As soon as your portrait is completed, I will either e-mail you a scanned image or post a printed image of the completed painting.
The final balance will be due upon your approval of the finished artwork.

LARGER PAINTINGS
   Larger painting, up to 3ft by 4ft in size, are executed as oil on canvas. If you would like a quote, please ask.
